Kochi’s AL Jacob flyover opens to public

In Kochi, the new Railway Over Bridge constructed by the DMRC near the KSRTC bus station was finally named ‘AL Jacob’ flyover during its inaugural function. However, Kerala Chief minister Oommen Chandy said the feeder Road from Kadavantra to the RoB would continue to be known as ‘Salim-Rajan’ Road. A row over the naming of the RoB had broken out with the kin of the late Salim and Rajan, two class 1X students, brutally murdered by a local goon 43 years ago at the present RoB site, objected to nam
